Archive – New feature

You can now archive cases, groups, and workspaces to keep your dashboard clean without losing any data.

How it works:

  • Click the more menu (...) on any case, group, or workspace and select Archive to move it out of your default view.

  • Archiving a group automatically archives all cases within it.

  • To view archived items, use the "Show archived" toggle on your dashboard, inside a group, or on the workspaces page. Archived items appear in a separate table
    below your active items.

  • To restore an item, open the archived view, click the more menu, and select Unarchive — everything comes back exactly as it was.
