We've cleaned up filtering in project management to make it clearer and quicker to use.

Know exactly what's applied to everyone. Filters that apply to the whole board now live in their own tab as View configurations, right beside the view selection. No more guessing whether a filter affects just you or everyone.

Your own filters are remembered. Your personal filters are no longer tied to the page link. If you leave a board and come back later, you can reapply the same filters you had when you left.

A clearer filter overview. We've redesigned the filter overview so you can see what's applied at a glance, now using the actual colours of the filters in use.

Filter as you go with Quick filters. A new Quick filter option lets you click a column and pick values on the spot, for a faster, lighter way to narrow things down. The standard filter mode works exactly as it always has.

The Item column in your custom export is now draggable. Previously it sat directly after No and couldn't move.

Other columns can be placed before Item too. Whichever column sits first after No takes the subtask numbering split, so the layout follows your config instead of a fixed template.

Each column has an optional width field. Pick %, in, or cm, or leave it blank and Word handles the spacing.

Board columns can now be pinned to the left of the Item column. Pinned columns stay frozen alongside Item so they dont scroll away.

To pin a column, open its header menu and pick "Pin before Item". From the same menu, "Move left" and "Move right" let you reorder within the pinned zone, and "Unpin from Item" moves it back to the scrollable area.

Excel and Word exports follow the same order: columns pinned before Item show up before Item in the output.

Admins can now style the timeline to match your firm's visual identity, both in the platform and in exports.

Set the timeline's appearance. Choose the line thickness for relative timelines and set the timeline colour, so it looks the way your firm wants it to.

Set a default colour for events. Instead of every new event node defaulting to black text on a white background, you can now pick a default that aligns with your CVI. This carries through to your timeline exports too.

Individual nodes can still be changed as usual. This setting just sets the starting point so new timelines match your firm's look from the start.

Only organisation admins can change this, and it applies to everyone at once.

Exporting from the structure tool is now far more flexible.

Until now, exporting to PDF, image, or Word only covered the slide you were currently on. Now, for all three formats, you can freely select any combination of slides in your workspace and export them all at once.

This brings PDF, image, and Word exports in line with the PowerPoint export options you already use.

We've redesigned the info and data modal for imported companies.

Edit notes directly. You can now add and edit notes about a company right inside the modal, no need to keep that context somewhere else.

Manage links in one place. View, edit, and open a company's links directly from the modal.

We've also redesigned the remaining tabs inside the modal to make everything easier to read and work with.

The file manager tile on your project dashboard just got more useful.

Search, don't just filter. Until now you could only filter files by type. You can now also search files by name and by date, so finding the right document takes seconds.

A new list view. Alongside the grid, you can now view your files as a list. And in grid view, you have more size options to choose from.

Now every snip you export as JPG, PDF, or PPTX comes with a legend baked into the bottom of the image. It lists every tag attached to the events inside your snipping box, with the matching colour dot and name. Resize the box to include just the section you care about and the legend follows.
