Admins can now upload a Word template (.docx) in Admin → Board Word Template that every standard board Word export will use. Cover pages, headers, footers and styles from your template are preserved — the board's table is inserted where you place a board_table paragraph.

Optional merge fields: board_name and generated_name are replaced anywhere they appear (including headers/footers).

You can also map a named style and fill/text colors to the table's header, task group and task rows, so the output matches your firm's look without manual cleanup after export.
