Improved

JuristIQ

Platform

JuristIQ can now run on Anthropic Claude, hosted on EU AWS Bedrock

JuristIQ can now be powered by Anthropic’s Claude models, served through AWS Bedrock in EU regions. Claude is available as a new option alongside the existing providers, and you can switch to it from the admin panel.

How to enable it

Open the admin panel, head to the LLM provider settings, and select one of the Anthropic Claude options. From that point on, JuristIQ will route conversations through Bedrock for the chosen scope. You can switch providers back at any time.

Why Anthropic Claude is a strong choice for legal work

Claude is widely regarded as one of the strongest model families for legal reasoning, and there are a few concrete reasons why that matters inside JuristIQ:

  • Sharper reasoning on long documents: Claude is built for careful, step-by-step analysis across very large contexts. Whether JuristIQ is summarising a 300-page bundle, comparing clauses across multiple contracts, or building a timeline from scattered correspondence, the model keeps track of detail without losing the thread.

  • Fewer confident-but-wrong answers: Claude’s training is tuned to acknowledge uncertainty rather than invent citations or facts. In a legal context, that translates into safer drafting, more honest summaries, and fewer hallucinated references.

  • Better drafting and tone: Claude produces clearer, more measured prose out of the box, which means less time spent rewriting AI output before it is fit for a client, a court, or an internal note.

  • Stronger instruction following: When you ask JuristIQ to stick to a specific structure, jurisdiction, or citation style, Claude respects the brief more reliably across long conversations.

Why hosting on AWS Bedrock in the EU matters

When you choose a Claude model in JuristIQ, the request is routed through AWS Bedrock’s EU inference profiles. That gives you:

  • Data residency in the EU: Inference is processed within EU regions, which keeps JuristIQ aligned with GDPR and EU data residency expectations that most law firms and in-house teams now require.

  • No training on your data: Prompts and completions sent through Bedrock are not used to train Anthropic’s models, and Bedrock itself does not retain them.

  • Enterprise-grade security: You inherit AWS’s compliance posture (ISO 27001, SOC 2, and the AWS Data Processing Addendum) on top of Anthropic’s own ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 certifications.

  • Reliable capacity: Bedrock provides headroom and predictable throughput, so JuristIQ stays responsive even on heavy document workloads.

What this means for you

You now have a real choice of engine inside JuristIQ. Stick with what you know, or opt in to Claude on EU Bedrock from the admin panel.
