You can now drag My Work and My Groups columns into whatever order works for you. Grab a column header, drop it where you want it, and the order sticks. It saves to your account, so it carries over next time you open My Work and on your other devices.

The item column stays pinned on the left so you never lose sight of your tasks. Everything else is yours to arrange: dates, status, people, and any custom columns you've added.
