Shareable Dashboards

We’ve introduced Dashboards — a new way to bring structure, transparency, and oversight across your work in Juristic.

Dashboards allow you to connect multiple boards into a single, shareable view, giving stakeholders a clear, real-time overview without direct access to underlying workflows.

What’s included

Connect multiple boards

  • Aggregate data from several boards into one dashboard

  • Combine cases, tasks, and metrics across teams or matters

Visual reporting

  • Custom charts (e.g. status distribution, priority levels)

  • Individual and team-level performance views

  • Data tables for structured overviews and follow-ups

Controlled sharing

  • Share dashboards with internal or external stakeholders

  • View-only access ensures insight without operational interference

  • Ideal for management reporting, client updates, or cross-team alignment

Live updates

  • Dashboards automatically reflect changes made in connected boards

  • Configurable refresh intervals ensure up-to-date information

Why this matters (the legal angle)

Dashboards are designed to support legal oversight, accountability, and decision-making:

  • Single source of truth for matter and task status

  • Reduced reporting overhead — no manual status decks or exports

  • Clear separation of execution vs. oversight, supporting good governance

  • Safer collaboration with clients and external parties through controlled visibility

This makes dashboards particularly useful for:

  • Matter status reporting

  • Internal management and partner oversight

  • Client-facing progress updates

  • Compliance and workload monitoring
