Low-confidence dates flagged for review

When JuristIQ cannot read a date on a scanned page with confidence, it marks the event Low confidence and says what is uncertain, leaving the date empty when it is unreadable, and Accept all skips these events. Use Mark a date to draw a box around a date it missed.
